These terms govern your use of learnerbros.com and the Learner Bros service, operated by Learner Bros AB, Härnösand, Sweden.

Using the service

You may use the service free of charge by creating an account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Early access & founding member pricing

Learner Bros AB is currently in free early access. When paid plans are introduced, the following applies:

All content that is free today remains free for everyone, always.
Users who create an account during the early access period are considered founding members and will receive a lifetime discount on any paid plan, locked in at the rate communicated at launch.
We will give reasonable advance notice before any paid plan takes effect.
Founding member status is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

Shop — physical puzzles

We sell illustrated city jigsaw puzzles through the Learner Bros shop. By placing an order you enter into a purchase agreement with Learner Bros AB.

Availability: The shop currently ships to US addresses only.
Fulfillment: Orders are produced and shipped by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping of 3–7 business days within the continental US.
Payment: All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store card details.
Returns: Because puzzles are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@learnerbros.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a reprint or refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users’ accounts, scraping content, or using the service in any way that could harm Learner Bros AB or other users.

Intellectual property

All content on learnerbros.com — including animations, illustrations, videos, quiz content, and the Learner Bros AB name and logo — is owned by Learner Bros AB and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Images and Copyright

All images on this website — including city illustrations, landmark photographs, and maps — are the exclusive property of Learner Bros AB and are protected by Swedish and international copyright law (Lag (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk).

Permitted use

Images may be shared or reproduced for non-commercial, personal, or educational purposes, provided that clear attribution to Learner Bros AB is given and a link to this website is included.

Prohibited

Images may not be modified, cropped, recolored, or used to create derivative works. Commercial use without prior written permission from Learner Bros AB is prohibited.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action and claims for damages under Swedish and EU law.

The service is provided “as is”. We strive for accuracy in our educational content but make no guarantee that all information is complete or up to date. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
