What we collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you register.
• Order data: name, shipping address, email address, and order details when you make a purchase in the shop.
• Usage data: pages visited, videos watched, quiz results — used to improve the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type, collected automatically via server logs and Google Analytics.

Why we collect it

• To create and manage your account (contract basis).
• To process and fulfil shop orders, including sharing your shipping address with our fulfilment partner (contract basis).
• To improve the service and understand how it is used (legitimate interest).
• Analytics is only active with your consent where required.

Third parties

We share your name and shipping address with Printify (our print-on-demand fulfilment partner) solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order. Their privacy policy is available at printify.com. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Order data is kept for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@learnerbros.com to exercise any of these rights. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se).
